Thank you for visiting our website. We hope your visit will convince (nudge, pull, encourage) you to experience First Congregational Church of Wilmot in person. We are an inclusive, loving, and thoughtful family of the United Church of Christ that is committed to living into a life of discipleship of Jesus Christ. We seek to put our faith to work with open hands, open minds, and open hearts.

Our congregation is made up of persons from many different religious traditions and experiences; you might call us a quilt of many spiritual hues and shapes.

We are all on a journey with each other, guided by the Holy Spirit, into where God beckons. It is a journey that is more aptly called a “pilgrimage,” for not only do we celebrate and share our joys, we come together in loss and grief.

So, no matter who you are or where you are in your life’s journey you are welcome in this worship house, this heart’s sanctuary of the United Church of Christ.  If you have been thinking, praying, searching and hoping for a place to belong,  welcome!
